Refund policy

1. First lesson

If the first lesson of a new plan is not right for you, you can get a full refund if you ask within 48 hours.

2. Changing teacher

You can ask to change teacher at any time at no extra cost.

3. Unused lessons

Unused lessons can be refunded pro rata when cancelling during the current month.

4. Timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of approval.
