How do lessons work at ZedniElmaa?
Every lesson is one-to-one and live with video and audio, from a phone or computer, with an interactive whiteboard and file sharing.
How do you choose teachers?
Every teacher goes through a qualifications review, an interview and a trial lesson assessed by our academic team before joining.
What if the teacher is not a good fit?
We replace the teacher at no extra cost. You can ask for a change at any time through your education advisor.
Are lessons recorded?
Yes. Students and parents can go back to each lesson recording from their account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, with instalments available through approved buy-now-pay-later partners.
When will an advisor contact me?
Within 24 working hours, to understand the student's needs and arrange the first lesson.
