How do you choose teachers?
Every teacher goes through a qualifications review, an interview and a trial lesson assessed by our academic team before joining.
What if the teacher is not a good fit?
We replace the teacher at no extra cost. You can ask for a change at any time through your education advisor.
Are lessons recorded?
Yes. Students and parents can go back to each lesson recording from their account.
