1. Definitions

"Platform" means the ZedniElmaa website and apps. "User" means any parent, student or teacher using the platform.

2. Acceptance

By using the platform you agree to these terms. If the student is a minor, the parent is responsible for registration and subscription.

3. Services

The platform provides live one-to-one online lessons through a virtual classroom, with qualified teachers according to the chosen plan.

4. Booking & cancellation

Lessons must be cancelled or moved at least 6 hours in advance, otherwise they are deducted from the plan balance.

5. Conduct

All users must behave respectfully and must not share inappropriate content. The platform may suspend accounts that break this rule.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content and branding belong to ZedniElmaa and may not be copied without written permission.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify users of material changes.
